Palm Sunday

 "God is the name of the blanket we put over the mystery to give it a shape,” said Berry Taylor, the road manager of AC/DC. On Palm Sunday we retell the narrative of the passion of Jesus where the world tried to put upon the Christ robes of royalty, when instead he took upon himself the apron of a servant. We continue our efforts in the world to shroud Holy Mystery in what we can consume, control, and contort to fit our desires. But the divine will always be more, and will be revealed in ways we least expect, including the road manager for AC/DC. Colossians 1:26-27 tells us that the mystery hidden throughout the ages has now been revealed, making known the great glory of this mystery: Christ in us! That’s worth celebrating.
